I got a family to take care off i could care less about the culture or enviroment there. While management plays and does there politics i sit and loose money.

We have a car culture enviroment so we all help each other . We are also very pridefull when it comes to our work . We like hitting our monthly goals . We like being good at anything that has to do with cars from the repair to the paint to the sand and buff to costumer service

Positive as employees working with each other negative with what was expected to be done in your daily routine we would be there till 7pm some nights just to be able to get work done by when it was needed and weekends always went home drained
