What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My manager is great, and has been a great friend before working for him. All of the office staff is great. All employees are willing to help anytime and any way.

very friendly and people will offer help if the see you struggling

Everyone gets along for the most part. Not a lot of egos in our center.

They push me to be better

We have a car culture enviroment so we all help each other . We are also very pridefull when it comes to our work . We like hitting our monthly goals . We like being good at anything that has to do with cars from the repair to the paint to the sand and buff to costumer service

Review from Operations Dept

All our coworkers get along. Although office people rush is constantly

The general manager is amazing and does everything he can

Review from Product Dept

It is a nice and cool environment

We work well as a team

Positive as employees working with each other negative with what was expected to be done in your daily routine we would be there till 7pm some nights just to be able to get work done by when it was needed and weekends always went home drained

Customers were great we tried to keep our team spirit alive. This was truly each indivdual employee contributing.

The communcation is verg good everyone is always up to date with any new steps done

We all get along just fine

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs a change ASAP the manager now is a revolving door

Review from Operations Dept

The GM needst to not manage in your emotions and the SM as well

The manager and SM are 5he problem

New manager that is qualified and professional.

Communicating and be fair and treat everyone the same

they need to improve the quality of education, service, resources, logitics, etc.

Better managment and more team building

Needs to make all employees feel included

Better training of managers to treat employees correct. A lot of disrespect, yet no admiration for success

Remove the correct people instead of the ones trying to make a difference.

Review from Admin Dept

How much power managers can have and how their decisions effect others

Teaching should be based on pace of learning and should be based on what is being done and not treated bad because you want to judge someone

Do you have better working conditions parking managers that care about your job not just a number

Learn how to treat your employees

Leadership unbroken promises positivity not setting unrealistic goals

Stop hiring family and friends in the same work place.

Better recognition, pay raises, and less micromanagement.

Autobody experienced shop manager with great leadership skills an good work ethics. Our shop needs a manager that can produce a great team to work together an produce high quality work with high eficiency an great pay for each teammate. All shops need to have a high standard of leadersip as well .
