Caliber Collision Centers Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are approachable and willing to help

Cohesive committed. Dedicated. Can have fun

Review from Operations Dept

The people because the team is made up of hard working indeviduals trying to make a living just like the rest of us

We shared the same miserable experience.

Some of them come in and work hard.

Most of my team is great to be around, but this unfortunately tends to be overshadowed by a few bad eggs that say and do whatever they want without consequences. I believe we have a great team that could be very effective, but we feel held back by selfish workers that refuse to be team players.

My team and techs are amazing it leadership it needs a change ASAP

They show why they are here

The body tech and painter are down to earth

We are all going through the same struggle with caliber while trying to raise families

They are positive and pasionate about doing their best

We are like family, excluding management.

Review from Admin Dept

I can't really say there's anything really great about them to put out there.

They aren't perfect and not expected to be

We all get along pretty well. If it wasnt for us communicating as were all working at the same time. Nothing would work out well.

We can work together on anything

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everyone gets along there is no drama.

Poorly constructed waste of time, I like knowing what we can do to improve and plan a day out the games were pointless team building but maybe some shops needed it ours worked great together without them

I had a great team but I was disliked by the most important people> retaliation from my boss.

Eveyone works well together great team work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They could be good at the work we do.

Better management would fix this problem

Review from Engineering Dept

Being a team and not everyone for there self

Need Better teamwork, better communication,

Attitude, self entitlement, and enthusiasm, work quality!

Teammates in steed of working against one other

Coworkers need to consider more than pay when thinking they are doing a good job

I warning caliber collision to stop playing with employees I denunce Sandra larch wife of vice-president Danny in Los Angeles california for protecting the managers it seem than the managers from Los Angeles are Sandra and Danny friends while they playing and paying. less to body mans

Review from Engineering Dept

Co workers aren't the problem The problem is empty promises and a call center that is by far the worse I've ever dealt with They know what meeds to happen, and how to fix it, just seems like NO ONE CARES

Coworkers need to do their jobs to the best of their ability and double check work since no repairs get completed properly without everyone working together

Review from Operations Dept

Sticking up for eachother instead of seeing whats happening and not wanting to get involved.

Review from Admin Dept

You need to have people that have estimating licenses that write estimates and bend over to look at vehicles

Being a team in the shop

Hiring bodies as opposed to competent staff is not productive

Show up at 8and work till 5

Stop talking about eachother behind there backs

Review from Customer Success Dept

We work good together always

Improve on how to properly and efficiently do their job instead of trying to throw others under the bus constantly.

Review from Admin Dept

Stop doing personal favor for the manager that’s makes

Review from Engineering Dept

Keep people accountable for the titles they apply for. As a bodyman I basically have to write my own estimates or things get missed with no information on the cars (usually techs have collision books or all-data) to work with). Managers make their own SOP that fails and want you to work weekends
