Caliber Collision Centers Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Actually didn't like anything about it

Review from Operations Dept

Its a long drawn out process

It was quick and to the point

manager at the time was a very friendly and understanding guy

Quick and informal interview process

I felt heard while explaining my past experiences and how they would benefit the company.

The former general manager was better than the current one.

If felt like they were legitimate.

I got to come in and meet with my mentor and manager, and they showed me around, but it was a different manager when I was interviewed

I was part of a company that was bought out. The caliber teams that came in during that process were encouraging and gave me alot of hope.

Quick and easy process at the time

They were nice at the interview

Review from Operations Dept

Very fast didnt have to wait so much

Review from Operations Dept

I was taken out to eat and not made feel real nervous

Eye contact being held and maintained

Friendly and energetic and excited to bring me on as soon as possible meeting any request i had to accomodate my moving in with tools and equipment

I met the main ppl for the region

Easy, fast, direct and concise

They speak to you as a person not as a number.

They asked me questions about why Id be a good fit. They liked I asked questions anout the work invironment. Manager that interviewed me treated and has always treated me with respect & showed gratitude. He told me the truth about the position. Didnt lie to me about anything.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They can start by telling the truth about the company.

Making the hiring process easier to understand for both the company and the interviewee. It took me over a month after my interview to start my first day however some of my co-workers could start within a week.

Make it less uncomfortable and in a bigger room considering pandemic

Review from Admin Dept

Being honest about expectations, responsibilities and asking real questions

I felt they wanted me to be in the program but once I actually started that's when it went down hill was treated less of a person and uncomfortable

I was in a room of 3 during acqusition. I was being asked to many questions, a rapid fire. I felt the need to dodge questions. I had know idea that I would be removed from my position as an OA. I was studying for my Bachelors in Business. I could have been an asset to the business.

For managers do not think is a better than you

Not my place to answer that question.

There needs to be a working interview for candidates.

Ask technical questions about certain procedures in the job bring interviewed for, you will know immediately if he knows his information, or just making random assumptions,

Review from Operations Dept

I am currently working lit my final days with caliber and moving to a company that actually appreciates the personnel

Try not to lie to the new employee telling them they will turn X hours a week when in reality they wont!

Review from Operations Dept

Terrible company to work for in all aspects

Review from Operations Dept

Pay for what you know not who you know.
