Caliber Collision Centers Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very transparent and straightforward while being respectful

They love to reward employees for good work! They're devoted to giving costumers a good, smooth experience. Experiences vary shop to shop, but overall the company is very professional and the employees are fun to be around!

Our center has a leadership team that is actively visiting and making sure all issues are handled in a timely manner

My immediate leadership is great. Has helped me grow over the years and has really cheered me on.

they let you do your job

He loves to push me to be better

Very involved and active with the members of the team

Review from Operations Dept

When a mentor/team is respectful and doesn’t talk down to employee

Great on getting work into the shop and informing customers, poor on comunicating woth trchnicians and being on top of parts and materials needs

He stays on top of things

They try to do the best job possible

Regional manager is horrible, not a people person at all screams, yells and cusses at people

Personal contacts. They want me to be happy and be better each day. They allow me to lead, learn from my mistkes without fear of being fired and help me progress

They seem to be friendly, they are optimistic and great to work with.

Nothing, they do nothing to help the workers Call center still has the same issues as 4 years ago when this company took over Constantly giving empty promises

Review from Product Dept

Nothing, they are unresponsive. Unprofessional, and unwilling to take opinions of the people that have actually done the job, and have done the job for many many years. Very upsetting and discouraging, i have zero faith in the so called """"leadership team""""

Loved my GM and district but never saw to anyone above that and usually my feeling was always they really just do not care how much a location was hurting on workers they just wanted numbers. So you get paid for one job but you are doing 3 or more types of jobs to a low staff from people leaving

I can't really say much

The are completely out of touch with the way things work.

All around good people who work hard to help each other.

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Knowing that there teamates have families too and would love to be able to feed there families . To much favotitism and drama allowed

Review from Operations Dept

A better manager in the building.

Learn to take responsibility for their actions. They deflect poor pay practices on managers at the centers.

Everything in the books honestly

Taking action when incidents are reported. They need to stop forcing good workers to compensate for the actions of bad workers. They should also put quality and customer satisfaction over pushing volume so they get a fat bonus.

Not be two faced with actions/words.

They are not approachable at all.

Review from Admin Dept

Excepted what is finished and not pushing unsafe cars out door at end of month

More engagement with team members

Be fair with everyone, be more respectful towards works, and just lead the shop better

Better accountability, more team effort to get the nasics done

Reaching out and talking with employees

Not being discriminative and to get better teammate support. They claim to care but its a trap so they can weed you out.

Review from Admin Dept

Being interested in their employees and not just the numbers

It's stretched to thin at this point with alot of weight on the director. You need more people, assistants, HR, training, but most of all organizational change with care.

Communication transparent tell the truth

Do you have people that are on a level playing ground and not think that they're better than you

Nobody understands how to run a body shop or how to lead a team . The manager does not want employees to make money because he does not like his salary. So he witholds work deom techs

Everything that has to do with leadership

Treat all employees equally cause they do not
