Very transparent and straightforward while being respectful

Upper management heavy and disconnected from ground level operations.

The ability too work without harassment. Which i went thru for over 3 months. But the compensation was spot on !

They love to reward employees for good work! They're devoted to giving costumers a good, smooth experience. Experiences vary shop to shop, but overall the company is very professional and the employees are fun to be around!

I completed the military training course and was expected to graduted the Tap program after a year but because of new shop management i lost my original mentors and recently i was told i am not a apprentice and was told last minute that i will be at a completely different location and shop help.
