I wish there was a clear path to management. Our field leader only comes by about once every other month. Our GM is supposed to work 5 days a week but usually only shows up for 3 or 4. We need better leadership and accountability

The job itself is fun, and management does their best to provide us with a positive work experience, but the labor we are given in a day feels exploitative.

meaningful raises when earned, not the unimpactful raises we get twice a year

That we all have eachother's backs during tough times and support eachother in and outside of work

A lot of people show up to work drunk or hungover. Not very professional including my GM

providing a better in restaurant experience by giving us an appropriate amount of labor to execute excellent standards.

Management is unprofessional. They are often sitting around or they don't show up at all when they are supposed to.

As a GM While there are a lot of changes with my feild leaders, i still feel like i am made a priority from my TD.

My team is upbeat and team oriented. They support eachothwr and work together to cultivate a better world every day. They reall are a second family.

Competitive pay. Panda Express next door is paying $18 starting for crew while we are paying around $15. It's hard to walk by their sign everyday and not feel dumb
Revisión
Chipotle in my area pays less than any other food establishment. Most fast foods are paying around $18 an hour now in my area. Chipotle is still at $15.50. I stay for the tuition reimbursement

Our compensation for crew-AP is not competative for the industry. Mcdonalds down the street pays crew-shift lead higher than we do and our benefits do not account for as high of a discepency as coorprate thinks they do.
