Hiring those great team members that lift everyones spirit and make the day go by smoother whilst working hard. Those we want to take under our wing and teach because they'll be future leaders. Only to be taken by your boss because another store needs help, leaving you with mediocrity.

The only way to have a perfect cohesive restaurant is if everyone has the best interest of the restaurant in mind and works like it. Unfortunately everyone has different goals in mind and those goals influence how they work. One way to keep that in check would be to have strog leadership.

This company borderline impedes you from having a personal life. On days off your boss is constantly calling/messaging and expects you to answer or get back asap. If you dont you have a talk in person about why there was no answer and how that shows one isnt entirely invested. This includes vacation

Not much to be honest. It seems our mindset moved towards doing anything to hit our metrics and being at model as opposed to facing reality and working towards laying a strong foundation. We're quick to promote under the requisite that all we need to know from crew positions is enough to teach them.

I feel undervalued because as a manager here i do so much more than would be required at any other conpany. For example a single manager at Panera would be in charge of just inventories, whilst here we're in charge of that, food orders, inspections, etc. and their compensation matches that of an AP.
