Very unattainable goals are set by those above, which forces each individual store to burn itself out trying to attain it

Focus on people at the bottom. When do we ever get a break? When do we have an office party or celebration? Executives have ruined everything that used to make us great

Great values and great people at the store level. The few people above that I have met seem they could care less what happens. As long as the numbers look good is what I'm told

Allow the time to properly train people and new people. Stop pushing unrealistic standards and goals that can not be achieved with what we are given. Focus on the failing facilities at so many stores. Let the throughput video actually be a real thing. I have never seen 6 or more people on the line
