Chipotle has a lot of room to grow, and I think the leadership team can sometimes be out of touch with the lives and struggles of those working in-restaurant. However, I think they genuinely believe in the company and mission and are willing to make changes as needed.

Everyone shares the same ideals. We're here because we value what Chipotle aims to do.

The leadership team obviously has a vested interest in the wellbeing of our team at every level.

Helping someone and them coming back to tell you how you made their day, took a huge load off their shoulders, or otherwise made them happy

Everyone is willing to help each other if you ask. I haven't seen any kind of retaliatory behavior, and there's no competitive nature. It's just everyone trying to reach the same goal.

My team has a good sense of humor, a requirement for our line of work. Everyone is happy to be a resource for assistance or just provide understanding comments when you need to rant.
Revisión
My team in the RSC is understaffed, and we do not make a fair wage for the amount of work we do. Additionally, many of our issues stem from the restaurants themselves being understaffed due to a lack of LIVING wages provided to potential applicants.

Leadership is friendly, helpful, and understanding. You get treated like an actual person here. What's most helpful to me is that a lot of them are very understanding if you need to work from home or otherwise adjust you schedule. This team has a lot of empathy.
