I believe CC is in a venerable stage as a company. There isn't job security or room for advancement. The team I work for is great, but we all fear for our jobs and don't have the opportunity to grown with the company. I expressed growth in my interview years ago and have never been given a chance

At first this company was great to work for. Then we got a new CEO, they fired all of our good managers, and now all of the good employees are leaving for better opportunities. This company is going down hill fast and I hope Aya can provide much needed change this company needs to be successful.

They need to listen to employee feedback because we deal with HCPs directly and know what processes work and don't work. The metrics and monthly goals are unobtainable and are not a one size fits all. Every market is different and has different types of orders and needs.

Managment/leadership have said that it is because we get bonuses or commission but that isn't stable/guaranteed. The cost of living is increasing and our pay hasn't changed. Our commission layout is horrible, and base pay is a joke. Competitors have higher base pay and offer commission with less experience than CC requires. I have been here over a year and making less than when I first started because of the changes. CC should offer yearly salary increases and reviews

I have not received any pay increases since being hired on. This is so disrespectful to your employees and makes them feel undervalued and want to go elsewhere. There should be yearly reviews and based on those reviews an increase in base salary. COL increase should be added to make wages livable.

Leadership and management need to do better in setting us up for success. Right now nothing has changed. Management is lying about sales and what they are doing throughout the day. Putting the pressure on us for revenue growth and they are not doing what they need to set us up for success.

There is a lingering fear of layoffs and not being able to come into a job every day. I fear I am going to get let go if I don't make my metrics and they aren't obtainable numbers by anyone's standards. Even if I did make my metrics I could still be out of a job. There is no job security at CC.
