When the equipment actually works. When the software actually works. This seldom occurs though. We are usually fighting through broken equipment or software that needs attention for various reasons. There's a lot of aging equipment here on site.
I was deemed an "essential employee" through the pandemic. I was onsite my usual schedule. When my pay "raise" came through I was getting 0.35 cents more an hour. No bonus for being onsite while other big companies were paying out "hazardous pay." I feel extremely taken advantage of.
