Revisión
Providing excellent customer support and service; achieving the law enforcement customer's goals to defeat the criminals, take away their ill-gotten rewards; and protect the public, not just in the United States, but all over the world.
Revisión
The U.S. DOJ budget allocation restrictions severely diminish the salaries paid to Supervisory employees on the contract, compared with Government Supervisors. Supervisors (Exempt) do not receive cost-of-living salary increases comparable to cost-of-living salary/wage increases granted non-exempt.
Revisión
As a supervisor, I enjoy mentoring the contract and customer employees regarding various aspects of the Federal Asset Forfeiture Program, and I enjoy the great contributions we contract employees make to the Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies in serving and protecting the public.
Revisión
I believe that the U.S. Government is restricting the amount of compensation to contractors in the contract terms. I believe many of the Government employees with similar jobs are being overpaid for the amount of work they do, and they're always trying to push their work onto the contractors.
