I have worked at HFT for 3 and a half years almost, and have seen 3 management changes, and watched the good and bad happen. But nothing has been more stressful than the last year. Not because of Covid. But because of management. I want to enjoy my job, but it really hard to when its this stressful.

When the proper managers are on the clock stuff gets done efficiently, and they bring the team together and we work towards a common goal. When we wkrm towards a common goal we can finish the 2 day truck process on day one.

Being fair to thier associates, not demeaning them to their face. Better time management and proper safety rule following. Understanding their employees feelings matter and affect how they work. Not bullying people into submission with threats of getting them fired if they have a thought process.
