The interviews are tailored to the specific project that you're being considered to and whenever you're not selected for which project Helpware always tries to fit you on any other project, they try to employ you based on your skill level and profile

Helpware is running behind in the benefits side and I believe that the salaries for the Leadership team, Specifically Supervisors, is not very competitive, while I am very happy at helpware, if i'm to receive a better offer I know that Helpware would not fight for me and could not improve the offer
