While less uptight than many corporate owned chain restaurants, HH is otherwise typical. Pay scale is low (like all restaurants), they lack decent vacation policies, stingy w/ benefits, no 401k matching for basics & a boring dress code. However, the discipline policies are far too harsh & juvenile.
