Stop the micromanaging, threats, creating hostile workplace. Low level managers (coaches) and their leads are allowed too many personal rules which don't apply to all associates on their team. Some are allowed to run errands on company time while others are questioned why how they spend every minute

Already explained this. I used to look forward to working and loved my job and my members. I had the time to actually teach disease prevention on the members level, not rushed before. I built strong trusting relationships with my members and really made a difference before the ceo changed

Drop the scripting, it's fake and the members know it. It's offensive to us all. Let the nurse BE a nurse and not a programmed robot reading the LONG disclaimer, trust us they KNOW all calls are recorded, we call them every 2-4 weeks and saying RN when calling or leaving a message is NOT HIPPA
