Im supposed to be a part time key holder in my store. I have to come in early and/or stay late every day working 7-10 shifts 5 days a week. No manager, the assistand manager makes 19/hr and dumps all her responsabilities on me and the other key holders who make 13/hr or less.

Better dress code policy in a fashion based store such as this. Fair hours and breaks. If i was making at least $3 more an hour. Maybe if our district manager could come in and help hire and train people.
