I don't know about other stores, but my location is a hellish wreck of a hole with management. I have never had a job where the main manager was as manipulative, toxic, and as much of a lying gaslighter as what I deal with in my store.

Most of the team is perfectly fine save for one that is very lacking in help. They help, but they are reluctant to do so and brush a lot off.

Customers often complain a lot about coupons, sales that the signs never clearly explain enough, and out of stock items that even the warehouse doesn't have. Just better stock, I guess. Better coupons that are clear because they are not.

We need a new store manager altogether!!!! Before the one we have now, the store was well run alone by the assistant. The new manager we now have has destroyed everything and hurts and depresses everyone. Both employees and customers alike.

My manager literally told us to allow customers to genuinely bully and harass us. We do not argue with customers at all. There is a lot, A LOT, I want to say about my manager who makes ALL of us feel extremely undervalued. We deserve better pay than the abuse we receive daily.

My coworkers are all perfectly fine. We do our jobs the best we can while being understaffed. It's the general manager that we need improvement with. Again, I have a lot to say about the GM of our store. We need a manager that doesn't manipulate and threaten us for the sake of her bonus.
