Too many meetings that are too long and not very productive. Would be better to have few better meeting with clear objectives established before hand. Most meetings tend to be ad hoc in my experince and amied at placating the exutive crisis of the day.

Total comp is "market competitve" whatever that means as they dont share how they arrived at it. Medical is terrible for a bif company and everything else is robustly average. The equity benifit is ok but it encourges shorterm thinking rather than producing long term benifits.

They could stand to implemet 360 reciews and maybe they would find their blind spots andcsee where they are really loosing money. They could also stand be a lot more transparent . Make anonymous suverys actually annonymous. Extend the equity share benif below the director level.

Old school managment needs to go. Putting in lots of face time at the office and managing up is the only way to get ahead here. You waste lot of your time appeasing your higher ups. Random regors are also cery stressfule. They happen all the time and your never sure where you will fall.
