While i enjoy working here. There are improvements that I can see need to be made, as I have offered those ideas I feel like they are met with resistance. I have 20 years experience and would hope that would be helpful. Sometimes I feel those ideas are squashed by others who don't want to share.

My supervisor is great at assigning tasks and creating expectation while allowing us to do the work. He monitors that progress but stays out of the way unless he is needed. he as made a creative environment where we can do what we need to do in order for us to feel that we are contributing.

the best part about our benefits is that our premiums are covered by Malouf. I am so grateful for that. It has been such a blessing to me and my family. With out it I feel like I would need to be paid more than the amount they are paying to cover my benefit premiums for me to offset my costs.
