I have been given opportunities here and I am very grateful for them. However, it seems rare to get those. I would like to see our company become a people-first company rather than a profit first company.

The people who I work with are the best thing about the culture.

More resources put toward employee benefits so that we can compete with leading software companies.

I like that they've at least seen the need to become one brand with one product.

My manager cares for me as a person, looks out for my best interest, and tries to protect my time.

We don't do much as a team currently, I like the people I work with...but would like more team activities/hang time.

The challenge of the work that I am doing, the impact we are making on churches and pastors, the chance to grow.

Honestly, I don't always feel like I'm on a team. There isn't any regular connection and people feel scattered doing their own thing most of the time.

Having a crystal clear vision and saying no to the things that don't align with that vision. Get more specific and more clear about who we are.

The most positive thing is the people who are committed to actually impacting churches and ministries. They do really good work and deeply care about making an impact.

I am doing the work of three full-time roles but being compensated for one. Increased pay, more affordable insurance, and a four-day work week (or even every other week like planning center does) would go a long way.

We lack a clear vision and move too slow. Lack of innovation. We're too broad in who we think our customer is. Executive team/leadership lacks a deep understanding of ministries, churches, and pastors. Let those who know our customers best influence the direction we go and the innovation we pursue.
