From the top down it is apparent that the executives have no idea what goes into our job, and that they don't respect the employees as people. Change comes from the top down.

There are extreme levels of stress, and especially in this economy it is extremely depressing to come to a job where you don't feel valued and you barely make enough to cover necessities.

They need to make actions that show that their employees matter, and are not cogs in a wheel. Many employees are over worked, under paid, and new positions are either frozen, or can't retain the new hirees as the pay rate here does not properly compensate them.

Many people have to work constant overtime just to a) keep up with the amount of work, and b) make an somewhat livable wage. The health benefits are only affordable if you have no dependants and plan to never actually use them. All this needs to be drastically overhauled.
