The people are nice, everyone means well but in reality NO one cares about all the newsletters, town halls etc. Those are a waste of working time.

The overall experience I've had within the company has been great. The people are amazing and I love the work I do.

Overall the company has been great, the benefits are nice however the overly wanting to be 'family' is weird. I have one, and I work to provide for them. I don't need another family.

Overall this has been the best company to work for that gives me a great work - life balance.

We all get along well.

The activities the Culture Club puts together are fun.

No client interaction, just research.

We get along well and work together to solve any issues that arise.

THE WAY THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THE COMPANIES INDIVIDUALS
Revisión
The leadership team does well at communicating and treating employees kindly when they're in office.
Revisión
We get along well and support each other in all aspects of work and our personal lives

The friendliness that we share together creates a wonderful work atmosphere whether we are together in office or communicating through teams.

I am most happy with my manager. I am not micromanaged nor neglected. She finds the perfect balance of managing a fairly large team.
Revisión
The quarterly bonuses are nice but the base pay hasn't gone up significantly yet the work load has and we're always reminded of it.
Revisión
They take the time to introduce themselves, whether that be in person by traveling to the different offices or quickly saying hello via email, town halls, etc

The. Pay. Is. Trash. It can be improved by investing giving livable wages to your US employees instead of lollygagging over opening a new office in Ireland.
Revisión
the fact that we are NOT micromanaged! We are trusted to do our jobs correctly and accurately with little management involvement. I can breathe and relax while working.

I enjoy that the overall culture of the company is a religious one. In today's day and age that is RARE. With faith set first we truly can and have accomplished many great things.
Revisión
I feel undervalued due to the pay considering the workload. Criminal research requires a lot of attention to detail, we spend many minutes and sometimes hours, doing research. While the research itself is not hard, it is draining when we are expected to train without compensation.
Revisión
We get along well and even when we don't see eye to eye we can work things out. We take care of and value one another without being over bearing. The team I work closely with has truly been one of the best teams I've been apart of in ANY workplace.

My pay makes me feel undervalued. Reaching record TATs, TRANSLATING for a "diverse" office with only ONE Spanish speaking person (me) and being ignored when I ask for a raise is tiring. MB team leaders bragging about their trip to DR while we get paid trash is a slap to the face too.
Revisión
Considering how much the company talks about the large amounts of revenue we are making, being paid less then $20 an hour is insane. Inflation and costs of living are on a steady rise yet the bonuses and raises aren't. Also, the VP club bragging about going to DR for doing their job is ridiculous.
Revisión
Considering the size of our team and the monthly stats we see in our Town Hall meetings it seems as the company is making large enough profits to give a their employees a raise. It's funny to hear about how much the company rakes in & how 'proud' they are of us yet we don't see the benefits of it.
