When I started here I loved it. My work felt valuable, and I felt like my leadership valued my feedback. It has almost completely revered now. Almost any feedback I give seems to be "out of control" of the hands of my current leadership, and again... I feel severely underpaid and undervalued

Yes. Fair pay is needed. I am severely underpaid for the role I'm in with the experience I have. I've been an employee that goes above and beyond for the last year and a half, and the only raised I've received is equivalent to roughly $20 a check after taxes.
