We have a new CEO, and I don't really know the leaders beyond my own manager, and a couple of others. Therefore I do not feel it is appropriate to evaluate them at this time.

Compared to other companies, our benefits package is poor. Our 401K matching is a joke The merit raise was very low, and does not reflect performance, nor does it do anything to combat inflation. Benefits costs have increased invalidating the pay increase.
