The fact that it is obvious that the solid leadership starts from Anil and trickles down to the lowest levels. This is something that employees mention quite often. Employees feel connected and taken care of.

In many positions (like mine), there are no annual cost of living adjustments or raises based on tenure. This is frustrating because there is no option to earn an increase in salary (other than commissions and positional moves within the company).

I love my job, but I am frustrated that there are few ways to obtain/earn salary increases (specifically, to keep up with the rising inflation). Annual raises based on years served would be a great start. As of now, the only way to increase base salary is to be assigned a new/upgraded duty title.
