Netscout overall isn't a bad place to work. The pay is decent. There are many stand out employees. It also has problems that many larger companies share, lack of raises and hiring in recent years, many people that do not do a good job, and an upper management that leave a lot to be desired.
¿Qué va mal y cómo puede mejorarse?
CEO appears obsessed with return to work policies and other distractions as a cause for financial stagnation. Refocusing on actual business solutions instead of eroding employee trust and taking away work flexibility ,which used to be key positives of working at Netscout, would be appreciated.
