The managers there are dont treat the associates the way we deserve to be treated. Almost every shift i have an associate leaves crying because of how we're treated by managers, we've talked to our district manager but all he does is talk to our general manager who never takes responsibility

The entire leadership team at my store in specific pick their favorite associates to treat respectfully and give the most hours to, they talk down to those they dont like, they need to learn how to treat people none of the employees are happy there and the managers dont care
