The managers don't treat the associates the way we deserve to be treated. Almost every shift at least one associate leaves crying because of the way we are treated by management. We talked to our district manager about this but all he does is talk to the general manager who doesn't care

They need to get better at treating the associates with respect They talk down to us they pick favorites and if you're not as favorite you don't get any hours or any respect all of the employees are unhappy, & management doesn't care the general manager pulls us aside to talk bad about our coworkers
