Atlassian: The interview was pretty tough, it required a good deal of research and prep work to prepare. At the end of the day, however, it was more about showcasing your way of thinking. Culture is big here, Atlassian is all about protecting it. Part of the process also involved evaluating goodness of fit.
Better: Overall, my experience at Better has been very positive. I have been treated fairly and definitely feel included in the day to day work. I am happy to come to work and I truly believe that Better is trying to do something different.
