Canyon Ranch: Employees that cover shifts in other departments are allowed to get away with all sorts dereliction. There's no accountability at all
Krispy Kreme: Management does not care about the quality if the product. Many cases there was cross contamination and old product being sent out to shops. I was harrassed but management and Supervisors and HR was not even helpful. There has been serious outbreaks that can hurt customers and they did not report it
GE Renewable Energy: it is a well stablished company with lots of areas to dive into and learn but with scarce growing opportunities (moving vertically)

Krispy Kreme: Management is garbage at every level asked for a raise for my team and the man said and I quote "in my experience money isn't always the case" but when they ask why people level after working a couple days and don't stay its because it's alot of work for the money they're not being competitive

Build-A-Bear Workshop: I had a manager who consistently belittled me. It was an extremely hostile work environment. I would not recommend this job to anyone because it is a minimum wage job that has an age requirement of 18. This isn't a living wage and certainly isn't worth dealing with the poor management.

Very few opportunities for promotions, more horizontal opportunities. Promotions, unfortunatelly, are restrict to personal nominations and friendship.

GE advocates strong values but does not work by them. Please do it.

Aveda: Micromanagement, no trust displayed on any level, cold unfeeling culture, non-existent or insincere feedback, unnecessary middle management clogging up progress. Product launches are at least a year behind the industry trend and quality/performance is underwhelming. Investor focused.
Cone Health: Gets worse every day. Micromanaged and need to get out of here.
Electronic Arts (EA): Honestly it's a great place to work but for a creative company, it's slow and bureaucratic. But it's all a trade off and the win at EA is good benefits, valuable career resources, experience, decent pay, and a good work life balance.
DePuy Synthes: I have been with the company 21 years. It's an excellent place to work. They really strive to see that the doctors and patients get the best products made in the industry.
James Hardie: Toxic culture and CEO lacks governance quality . Only focusing in his next job. Poor display of ethics and discipline . No passion to bring and retain good talent
Littelfuse: The company is very political and requires alignment with the Sr. VP of Legal to get anywhere even though he doesn't understand what it takes to help a business grow.
Lineage Logistics: Celebrated 1 yr recently and just love it. I travel 140 miles round trip 4 days a week,& really enjoy working here.
buybuy BABY: Low wages, breaks not allowed on 5 hour shifts that go through mealtime.

Catapult Learning: I enjoy the work that I do, however as an employee I do not feel valued by the company. That is not to say my supervisor, but the actual leadership. No 401k match, high cost of benefits, limited personal time and sick time. Leadership also took workers from salary to hourly, despite growing.
