Worst company I've ever worked for. The atmosphere and working relationships are hostile. You'll not survive here.

¿Qué va mal y cómo puede mejorarse?

It starts at the top. Staples upper management absolutely knows they need to change.

¿Qué es lo mejor de tu paquéte de compensación?

The pay was fair and reasonable, but it's not worth what you go through day to day in the corporate offices.

Revisión
¿Cómo pueden mejorar tus colegas y que pueden hacer para trabajar mejor juntos?

Need to understand that we all work for the same company as one team. Everyone here works against each other from different departments. It's all about trying to place blame from you to some other area.

Revisión
¿Qué necesita mejorar el equipo directivo?

The leadership team doesn't care one bit about any of its employees. One minute you're in, the next you're out. Ever year about April they "layoff" a large number of employees, while the following Monday, bring in the next batch.
