I've started in Startek 8 years ago. I've had the opportunity to start as a customer service agent, 2 years after I was ready to be a Supervisor, 2 years later I was ready to be a Manager. I'm grateful for the many learnings and opportunities that I've had, and preparing for the ones to come.
