Advancement here depends on your skill and potential even though you have a friend or family member on the position it doesn't mean your advancement is already secured. You have to prove your work ethics your potential and skills that's what I look up in this company.

I would say this is the best company that I've work with in terms of working environment it's really great. But, the compensation is actually not that great there were times that you'll be thinking to exit from the company due to the needs of the higher compensation.
