Our vision is building a dynamic multi-dimensional church in the northern cities of Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Our vision is to maintain and further develop an atmosphere of love, forgiveness and acceptance for all races and cultures. Every member is sharing in the love and unity at MFI. yes i feel VERY unvalued. I have a voice and EVERY TIME i speak up about anything, i get dismissed and ignored.

i worked the overnight shift. there is never a meeting about anything. the work placement is out of control and no one is saying anything about it. the new employees are disrespectful towards the veterans thats been working there. and management refused to do anything about it.
