Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. The culture of the company is not friendly. At least at store i have worked for. Its all a politics game, no managment cares about the employees or the actually running of the business. They jusy come in to brown nose to the next person above them. Managment treats "lower employee's" poorly.
