Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. In recent years they care less and less about the associates and more about how much money goes into their pocket at bonus time. They no longer care how hard we have to work just to try to live. The cost of living goes up but not our rate of pay. They push the credit cards down peoples throats.

Communication and appreciation. We work hard to make the stores sucessful and they get a yearly bonus but we get nothing. Recognizing potential within the team. And just being nicer to the associates.

The associates I work with are great but the management team is not. We are all one team but it does not feel that way to the associates. There is a clear disconnect between managers and employees.
