Scheduling is very inconsistent, I'm often expect to stay around 15 minutes after the end of my shift because they simply didn't schedule anyone to cover the registers. CECs do not listen to the employees they oversee, leading to cashiers frequently being confused, misinformed, or getting in trouble

Direct, didn't waste too much time. I wish they hadn't lied to me about accommodations or the availability of full time work, but it was quick, to the point, and I was hired shortly after the interview. There also wasn't an excessive amount of online training, just a couple of training videos.

Being left alone at the front end without a CEC. That's not sarcasm, it just makes it much easier to do my job when I'm not constantly being asked why I'm doing something the way I am by someone who isn't even willing to let me finish my response, let alone listen to it.

I am disqualified from any full time work because there's one day out of the week I can't work due to religious reasons. Access to full time work with benefits. Also, I work backroom, all departments, at the front end, train new hires, and clean the bathrooms, but I'm only being paid for cashier.
