U.S. Bank – I had an account for over 20 years but I had to close it due to US Bank's incompetence. First you incorrectly input my check. You then incorrectly charged me fees, then sent a letter explaining your error and reversed the charges. Two weeks later, you added the charges back. So here we go again!
