The only thing keeping me their right now is the pay. If another opportunity came along with similar pay I would take it. I don't feel respected for my hard work. The management is treated greatly while the rest like peasants

They need to listen and communicate. Stop working only for themselves and work as a team. Most are just there for a paycheck with no care or passion.

The company makes billions every year but tricks patients out of there money because they are cheap. Not enough salary for enough employees to do the work so everyone is always rushing and were always shorthanded.

Disaplining people. Managing people. Making sure things are getting done and helping out when there are calloffs or a lot of work. Actually running the place so it isn't just a bunch of people doing what they want.
