fixing the things that don't work, training new employees, unreasonable new NP when they know what they are doing is stressing out the work environment and all of the staff of nurses is complaining to the other doctors who have been here longer

most of us are all in this together and we all get along except for a couple who have major attitude problems but i luv the mohs girls and most of all the derm nurses except a few don't do their work and the supervisor lets them get away with it

get rid of the supervisor and the office manager and and help the doctors fix the newest PA, NP problems that they have brought to the clinic, the stress is causing us all bad days, unhappiness i luv my job but it unreal and the mohs doctors feel our pain and understand and are trying to help
