I really like the personal feel, even though the company itself is quite big. One of my favorite parts of working here is feeling like your supervisors are invested in your success, so it's not like you're on your own trying to figure things out by yourself.

I most like how balanced my compensation package is. I'm very happy with my pay and healthcare, and am relieved to be able to take a vacation without missing a paycheck. I'm also excited to start saving for retirement early in my career so I'm better prepared for that when the time comes.
