Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Overall it is above average, there is definitely some growing pains with the merger. It is getting better by the month the biggest issues is zero advancement opportunities and which is why I will be looking for a better opportunity in my career. I would like to stay, Victra doesn't seem to want that

My direct manager definitely cares about her people and does a great job understand her role. Influencing people one of her strong points and can't wait for the year to come!

My management team is here to make money and have a blast! Walking into a store is one of the best experiences once we have gotten the correct staff in place!

Passion for they do and everyone is on board plus understands the struggles we go through. The human element is nice to have when we have so much on our plate and some people do recognize our hard work!

I wear many hats for the company and I believe my base pay or commission needs an adjustment. There isn't that much incentive to hit over 100% to goal and I am getting my MBA then had a director tell me it isn't that important. It makes me feel the corporate team doesn't value the field.
