Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Ever since Go was absorbed, I have genuinely had some great positive experiences. My RD Jason is great, he has a plan and wants to excuse proof all levels of business with training. He also has a heart though and understands his people and is able to give us the criticism we need in order to advance

The amount of life changing money that is possible in this business is not even on the board compared to other jobs/ positions I've held. If I could hit the high striker at the fair with the hammer, all of the other jobs are on the board, but Victras would be if you hit it above the bell!

Jason Shepherd has helped me develop as a leader/ Dm by so much. He has an understanding of how the business should be run that I feel is next to none, he has shown me what it means to actually lead a team, follow up and inspect and trust my team members. I could write more but no space. Thanks JS!
