Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Communication and actual coaching, honestly. I think we've gotten into the realm of accountability and FCAD's all the time. The DM's have also had a big push to be super micromanagers and its turning off both reps and the MGM's and GM's

They are very welcoming to all people from all backgrounds. They do have good support systems in place for people who need it, and I love how close everyone is. I would take a bullet for my team, and for my fellow MGM's
