Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Came in to manage 1 store in June this year and was completely shocked to lose my job and have to apply for another position. Though I was very scared, I was excited when I got the mgm position. However there is minimal in store support which makes creating a culture of winning extremely difficult.

Staffing is a big issue and being responsible for 3 stores with minimal in store support is not easy. Some stores have individuals who are not willing to step up due to company changes or who have been with the company so long they are capable of maneuvering the system to retain their jobs
