Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. I honestly do like some of things since i was absorbed in the merger. There is the good and bad with everything. I feel like whenever i have had advancement it has been more of a pain to get things established, get pay comp info, etc. Being MGM has still been a paid getting day to day things solved

I feel like when we condensed, they didnt do anything to increase compensation for myself. More responsibilities for same pay. No gas incentive, salary, bonus, etc
