Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I love working here. Both as manager and as a rep. I don't like the constant addition of reps especially when they aren't needed. I love the commission rate but hate how low it is in comparison to other companies. Some reps have an old style of thinking when it comes to sales and it's toxic.

Learn to be fair and less selfish. When it's my turn they try to take my customers or double up on their table. constantly try to take sales from me stating they worked with x customer before and it was months ago but they try to claim the clientele.
