Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I think they really are people first company but I do think there is an oppurtunity to listen to top preformers and the ones with the boots on the ground.

I believe there should be a different pay structure for all levels of the company from sales consultants all the way up yo regional mamagement. I feel that a manager with a high goal should not be paid or ranked in a similar manner than a lower performing door
